Isn’t Marijuana Illegal?

Yes, there are still laws on the books that make possession of marijuana illegal. Luckily Proposition 215 exempts people with a doctors recommendation from arrest and prosecution.

What is a Collective?

There is no legal definition of a collective. Proposition 215 SB 420 describes the term for us as a group of medical marijuana patients which combines resources to cultivate and provide marijuana for the benefit of all members. Our collective takes this very seriousely. We run as a non profit, and take strong measures to ensure only the highest grade marijuana is distributed to our members.

What’s this going to cost me?

Membership in our collective is free. We do require a donation to cover the costs of cultivation and time invested by members of our collective. This donation varies product to product and more information can be found here.

How do I pay?

We currently only accept cash as payment. Payment is due cash on delivery.
